In the upcoming Oneonta Bulletin on Monday (02/24/2025), there will be an announcement regarding the UUP Individual Development Awards (IDA) Program. Please see attached for the guidelines and application – can also be found in the Employee Services intranet.

The UUP Individual Development Awards (IDA) Program is officially open. The IDA Program is designed to support eligible UUP employees in reaching their full professional potential and preparing for career advancement. This program offers funding for a variety of professional development projects or activities completed or set to be completed between July 2, 2024, and July 1, 2025. Funding is provided through reimbursement for these initiatives.
Attached, you will find the IDA Program Guidelines and Application. Please take the time to review these documents carefully. Eligible employees are required to submit their completed applications, along with the necessary supporting materials, to Hyacinth Tequin in the Employee Services Office, Room 236B of the Netzer Administration. The submission window is open from Monday, February 24, 2025, to Monday, March 24, 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline (Monday, March 24, 2025, at 11:59 pm) will not be considered. After the application period ends, the IDA Committee will review all submissions. Applicants will be notified regarding the next steps once the review process is complete.
