UUP Oneonta, along with UUP sisters and brothers throughout the New York State, is, as it has been throughout the years, in the forefront of SUNY advocacy. Our chapter recently discussed the importance of SUNY with Assemblymans Bill Magee and Pete Lopez and Senator Seward. It is important that we continue to make our voices heard to protect and strengthen SUNY in the upcoming budget discussions. We need to ensure all New Yorkers have access to the high-quality undergraduate and graduate degree programs that SUNY offers.
